We’re proud to offer Future Care, our way of giving photocopiers and printers a new lease on life - all while reducing your business’ waste. With a focus on our sustainability values of reuse, repair, and recycle, we’re helping businesses like yours do their bit to protect the planet. Here’s how it works:
Zero Carbon Footprint
Our new copiers are zero-carbon offset right from day one. But we don’t stop there. We carefully select low-use, second-hand copiers and printers that are built to last. After a thorough refurbishment, these devices are as good as new, and we back them with a solid 3-year guarantee.
Circular Economy Approach
When a copier’s time is up, we carefully dismantle it, saving any usable parts and toners that are still within the manufacturer’s lifespan. We then send the remaining components for eco-friendly recycling, keeping waste to a minimum.
Carbon Offsetting
For every copier or printer you purchase, we plant trees (model-dependent), offsetting the carbon emissions from transporting and installing your new equipment. Together, we’re reforesting the planet - one copier, one tree, one step at a time.
Toner and Parts Recycling
We’ve partnered with Circular Planet, an initiative supported by top ink and toner manufacturers, to recycle used cartridges responsibly. Our engineers collect your empty cartridges during their visits, ensuring they’re recycled and reused, which in turns creates a full-circle solution.

Getting help with your Toshiba photocopier is easier than ever with our Remote Assistant app.
All you need to do is call Active, click the app icon on the control panel and the remote support or investigation starts. From there, our team can remotely operate the control panel, service mode, or operating system to sort things out fast.
We also use smart diagnostic tools to keep an eye on your machine’s health, spotting potential issues before they cause downtime. If needed, we’ll schedule a proactive service visit, ensuring your copier stays Active while reducing unnecessary emissions.
